HOW TO ORDER

Online:
Order securely through my online  shopping cart.  Add items to your cart by clicking the “add to cart” button.  To view the items in your cart and/or checkout, click the “View Cart” on any products page.  Once you have placed your order, you will be transferred to Paypal to complete the transaction.   An order confirmation email will be sent, provided you have entered your email address.

You can call me at 410-299-7808, or send me an email: alleycatdesigns05@yahoo.com.  Please address it, Attention: Alley Cat Designs, provide me with all item details (item number, color, size, etc) along with a telephone number/email address where I can reach you in case of any questions.  The best time to reach me is between 5:30pm and 9:00pm (Eastern Pacific Time) Monday through Friday.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

All purchases will be handled through Paypal.  Paypal accepta any and all major credit cards, or your can pay using your existing Paypal account.  All credit card information is stored with Paypal.  I also accept personal checks, cashier checks, and money orders.  I will ship all orders when payment is received and/or successfully processed.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

US Shipping:
I ship all U.S. packages USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Insurance is available upon request for large orders.  Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery.  If there will be a delay in shipping on my end, I will notify you.  Please be sure you have provided me with your correct shipping address and telephone number.

International Shipping:
I ship all international packages USPS Global Priority (please be aware that there is no insurance available and I cannot be held responsible for undelivered packages).  Customs fees, import duties, or taxes may be levied by the receiving country.  These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.  For more information on your country’s policies you may contact your local customs office.  Please note that the Postal Service does not deliver to all countries. 

Delivery:
Available items purchased directly through my website are usually shipped within 3-5 days of purchase.  Candles might require additional time, depending on available materials, I will notify if there is a delay.  If you’ve requested custom pieces, your order may take a few weeks to ship depending on the style of the piece and materials available.  If you require a rush order I will do my best to ship as quickly as possible.

Accidents can happen….
Hopefully this will never happen, but if your items arrive damaged, please keep all original packaging materials and send me an email at alleycatdesigns05@yahoo.com or call me at 410-299-7808 for instructions.

ITEM AVAILABILTY & PRICING

Most of the pieces I offer for sale on this site are one-of-a-kind.  If you would like more then one piece in a particular style, it may be possible, depending on material availability.   I will contact you by email. 

Prices are subject to change based on availability of material, stones, findings and other supplies.

ABOUT SOLD ITEMS

If you see a SOLD item that you like.  I can usually make another similar piece, so please email me with your ideas!  If you’d like a certain design made with a different colors, email me and I will let youknow the cost and how long it will take to complete.

SPECIAL REQUESTS / COMMISSIONS

I welcome commissions and special requests! Let me know what style and materials you are interested in and I will let you know the costs and how long it will take to complete.  I require a non-refundable 50% deposit on all commission s and special requests.  All commission and special requests sales are final.
